• Refund policy - No refunds will be issued after the final art is delivered. All payments are final unless I am unable to start your commission, in which case you will get a full refund.

 

• Commercial use - All mentioned prices are for artwork for personal use only. If you want it for commercial use, it will have an additional cost.

 

• Payment - The payment can be done fully upfront, after the commission is accepted, or 50% at the beginning and 50% at the end. Payments are only via PayPal.

 

• AI & LLMs - All rights to the art I create belong exclusively to me unless agreed otherwise. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission and you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, on any online or physical marketplace. You may not use my art to train or to input into any AI model.

 

• Delivery - The artwork will be delivered within a week or two, depending on the complexity, via Email as a PNG or PDF file, or via Google Drive. 

 

• Revisions - Three revisions are allowed during the sketching and coloring phase, without additional charges.

 

 

• Intellectual property rights - I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media. You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work. Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.

 

• Communication - Please maintain professional conduct and respond on time. Understand that, to complete the commission to your satisfaction, I need the maximum of information and clear descriptions/references.
